Tina’s Taco Dip
Ingredients:
· 8 oz of cream cheese block, softened
· 1/3 cup of yogurt
· 1 small can of black olives (about 2.25 ounce)
· 1 teaspoon of cumin
· 1 teaspoon of chili powder
· 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
· 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
· 1 cup cooked ground beef
· 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
· 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix the cream cheese and yogurt until smooth.
2. Add cumin, chili powder, and paprika. Mix well.
3. Add ground beef and mix well.
4. Put it into the serving bowl and even out the dip.
5. Top the dip with the shredded cheese.
6. Next, top the dip with the black olives, tomatoes, and green onions.
7. Put in the fridge for at least half an hour before serving.
