Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 and 1/3 cup of milk

1/2 cup of white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/4 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup of sprinkles
1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
In a medium bowl mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Then add milk, oil, sugar, egg, cocoa powder, and sprinkles. Mix the ingredients well. You can use a hand mixer or a spoon.
Then let the batter rest in the refrigerator for one hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Scoop the batter into a cupcake pan or cupcake cups and fill about 2/3 full.
