Chilled Crab Dip

 

Ingredients:

·         8 ounces of cream cheese

·         1 can of crab meat, drained (about 6 ounce can)

·         Cocktail sauce (2 tablespoons plus extra as topping)

 

 

Directions:

1.      Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for about 1 hour

2.      In a small bowl mix the cream cheese and crab meat until combined

3.      Mix in 2 tablespoons of cocktail sauce

4.      Put the dip in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to chill it

5.      Right before serving the dip, pour more cocktail sauce over the dip as a topping. Enjoy
