Recipe
Garlic Parmesan Wings
Ingredients:
· 1 tablespoon of pink sea salt
· 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
· 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
· 1 tablespoon baking powder
· 6-8 chicken wings, separated into drumsticks and wings
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl mix the salt, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and baking powder.
Pat the chicken dry.
Dip the wings into the seasoning blend and then put on a baking rack on a baking sheet.
Cook in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, until cooked all the way through. The wings will start to brown on the outside. If an internal thermometer in the wings reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, then the chicken is cooked.
Let the wings cool for about 10 minutes before eating.
